Working with a Tourist Bag

Yesterday was one of those I love my job days. Hosting NYC hotel Concierge on a day trip in the heart of the Hudson Valley, Dutchess County. The only way to be effective and resourceful on the front line of hospitality and tourism, is to experience the “product” like a consumer; immerse yourself in the destination. I market Metro-North Railroad destinations as rail day trips. Hotel Concierge in NYC help international and domestic visitors know where to go, what to do and how to get there. That often includes day trips off the beaten path.

Working hard, we became tourists at Walkway Over the Hudson, Crown Maple, Millbrook Winery, Locust Grove and Dia:Beacon.
